Drawing from her deep understanding of the body gained through 10 years teaching Pilates and 20 years of performing in aerial circus arts, Joe expertly integrates the core principles of Pilates—breathing, control, concentration, precision, centring, and flow—into every movement.
This class blends traditional Pilates exercises with unique, creative choreography to enhance strength, mobility, and flexibility while promoting a strong mind-body connection.
During the class Joe tailors movements to address current injuries, promoting control and stability throughout the exercises. This Pilates class will also help prevent future injuries by building core strength, improving posture, and enhancing balance. Whether you're new to Pilates or more experienced, Joe’s guidance will help you develop a stable, flexible body while also boosting your mental wellbeing, leaving you feeling balanced, grounded, and energised.

The acro jam is a social, collaborative gathering of people interested in acroyoga, acrobatics, and partner balancing. It isn’t structured like a formal class, but rather people are free to experiment, train, and get creative in pairs or small groups. We have floor mats, crash mats and lines to enable safe progress. All are welcome and we recommend bringing a few ideas of moves you’d like to work on.
